Designed and executed in partnership with T Consultores, “The Amazing GMSS Race” was an exciting team race that took place in Cartagena, Colombia, during the annual P&G corporate convention.

Concept: 18 teams conquering 13 physical, mental, cultural and sensory challenges spread out across two competitive playing areas in Cartagena, Colombia.

Result: This leadership experience generated enthusiasm, team integration and improved trust and teamwork for the 140 P&G employees representing all of Latin America and different departments within the Company.

Client: Escalar Gerencia Inmobiliaria
summum leadership partnered with Grano de Arena to design and execute a special outdoor team-building activity in the mountains above Bogota as part of the year-end festivities of Escalar Gerencia Inmobiliaria, a leading Colombian architecture firm, in December.

Concept: Team race through mountainous terrain in a dense forest using a map to locate hidden bases revealing mental, physical and sensory challenges. Each of the 12 teams kicked off the race with a strategic planning session to develop a strategy that would allow them to optimize time and maximize points while remaining together and working as a team during the competition.

Result: This activity helped build new ties and strengthen relationships between colleagues, as well as share moments of recognition and positive energy among the 40 employees representing all functional areas and levels of leadership within Escalar Gerencia Inmobiliaria.
